Survey, census, and delineation of suitable habitat along pipeline corridors, on proposed coal mines, and within military bases for bird, small mammal, reptile, and butterfly species in most western states. Includes desert tortoise and black-footed ferrets in Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico.
